Introduce a company. Earn on what they spend.
Event BDR runs an affiliate programme for people who can introduce companies that exhibit at or attend events. You get a tracked link, the companies you introduce are attributed to you automatically, and you earn commission on what they spend after their event runs. There is no cost to join and no obligation to introduce anyone.
In short
- A tracked link and code, issued when you are approved.
- First-touch attribution, recorded at signup.
- Commission on real spend, paid after the event runs.
- No cost to join, and no obligation to introduce anyone.
Who this is for
Three kinds of people this actually pays
The common factor is not a job title. It is being in the room when a company decides where it is exhibiting and what it will spend doing it.
Consultants and agencies
If you advise companies on exhibiting, whether you build stands, run event marketing or handle the whole trade show programme, you are in the room when the budget is decided. This is a way for that conversation to pay you twice.
Organisers and associations
Chambers of commerce, trade bodies and event organisers with an exhibitor list. Your members are already paying for stands. This makes those stands work harder, and you earn on it.
Individuals with the right network
No company required. If you know the people who decide where a company exhibits, that is the whole qualification, and nothing else on this page applies to you.
The mechanism
How it works
Four steps, and you are only involved in the first two. You do not run the sale, chase the company or handle the account: we take it from the introduction.
1. Apply
The short form below. We check that the introductions you describe are likely to be relevant, which is the only screen there is.
2. Get your link
A tracked link and a code, issued on approval. Anyone who arrives through it and signs up is attributed to you on first touch.
3. They book an event
We take it from there. You are not expected to explain the pricing, run a demo or sit in the meeting, though you are welcome to.
4. You earn after it runs
Commission is calculated on what the company actually spends, and paid once the event is complete and the contacts are settled.
The terms
What you get, and what we ask
What you get. A tracked link and code. A dashboard showing who arrived through you, what they booked and what you have earned. Payouts by your chosen method. Material you can send to a company without having to write it yourself.
What we ask. Be straight about what the service does, and do not promise numbers we have not given you. Do not bid on our brand name in paid search, and do not post the link where it does not belong: coupon sites, spam directories, comment sections. Introduce companies you would be comfortable sitting in the meeting with.
What this is not. This is not the representative referral programme. If you work events yourself, or want to bring other representatives in, that is a different route entirely. This page is for introducing client companies.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What do affiliates earn?
Commission on what the companies you introduce actually spend, rather than a flat fee per signup. Rates are confirmed when you are approved, because they vary with the shape of the introduction and with what the company goes on to book.
When am I paid?
After the event runs and the contacts are settled, not at signup. The commission is calculated on real spend, and real spend is only known once the reps have delivered and any disputed contacts have been resolved.
Do I need a company?
No. Individuals can join. If you know the people who decide where a company exhibits, that is the whole qualification, and the form has a company field you can leave empty.
How long is an introduction attributed to me?
Attribution is first touch and is recorded when the company signs up through your link. The length of the window is confirmed on approval, along with your rate.
Can I introduce a company I already work with?
Yes, provided you are transparent with them that you are an affiliate. Being paid for an introduction you did not disclose is the fastest way to lose a client relationship worth more than the commission.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no joining fee, no minimum, and no obligation to introduce anybody once you are approved.
